REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last updated: June 2026

1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Cooling-Off Period) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items — no reason required. To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires at Thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com. Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original, undamaged packaging
Returned with proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

Pet food, treats, or consumables once opened
Items returned after the 14-day window
Items not in original condition or packaging
Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at Thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and reason for return
We will confirm return instructions within 2 business days
Ship the item(s) back to the address provided

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind returns: return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping in full

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email when processed.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Contact us within 14 days of delivery at Thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos where possible. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

8. Disputes & Consumer Rights If unsatisfied with our resolution, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board at www.kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
