1. About Us Velvet & Gold is a sole trader business based in Jyväskylä, Finland. Contact: thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com
2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from velvet-and-gold-store.myshopify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
3. Products We sell beauty and jewellery products including press-on nails, makeup, and jewellery. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in EUR. As a small sole trader business below the Finnish VAT registration threshold, we are not VAT-registered and our prices do not include VAT. We accept payment via Shopify Payments. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched within [X] business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We will notify you of any significant delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Returns & Refunds You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain opened beauty products (e.g., makeup, skincare) may not be eligible for return.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this store — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Velvet & Gold and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velvet & Gold is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Finland.
12. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply
