REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Cooling-Off Period)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items — no reason required. This is your statutory right as an EU consumer.

To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting: 📧 thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com

You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.


2. Hygiene Exemptions

The following items are exempt from the right of return once opened or used, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e):

  • Makeup and cosmetics (e.g., lipstick, foundation, eyeshadow)
  • Skincare products
  • Press-on nails (if packaging seal is broken)
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)

Unopened and sealed items in these categories remain eligible for return within the 14-day window.


3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will confirm return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs in full

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Note: We are not required to refund original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless the entire order is cancelled within the cooling-off period before dispatch.


7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where possible

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products (see Section 2)
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Gift cards

9. Disputes & Consumer Rights

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you have the right to contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) at www.kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
