1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of petveld.com and any purchases made through our store. By visiting or shopping with us, you agree to these terms. Petveld is operated from Jyväskylä, Finland.

2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products We sell premium pet accessories and essentials for cats and dogs, including toys, grooming tools, feeding accessories, comfort products, and travel gear. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where incorrect prices were displayed.

5. Orders & Fulfilment Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier network and shipped directly to you. Processing time is 1–3 business days.

6. Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

8. EU Consumer Rights As an EU-based store, we comply fully with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

10. Limitation of Liability Petveld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
