SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: June 2026
1. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum order value required. The shipping cost you see at checkout is always €0.00.
2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination:
- Finland & EU: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Customs & Duties For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may be charged by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Petveld.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Thomas.lindqvist05@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Petveld is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
